Important Adoption Information

Puppies will be available to loving family homes at the age of 10-14 weeks (some are held longer if they are very tiny) as long as they are eating solid puppy food well and my vet gives the "OK". I will have the puppy eating "Acana Small Breed Puppy" found at most pet stores.

Deposit:

I Do NOT require a deposit for puppies. If a puppy is put "On Hold" for You, It is Your Puppy. I ask only that if you were to change your mind about the puppy, you will let me know as soon as possible so that I may contact a family waiting for a puppy, I will not be upset, I will understand:)

I have been asked why I don't ask for a deposit:

I think that deposits are too high pressure for me, I don't want any pups going to a home that feels that they have to take the puppy just because of a deposit. I welcome families to change their mind about adding a puppy to their family BEFORE they take them home. I prefer no money exchanged until you are here to pick up your puppy & that you are 100% happy with your decision!! All pups that are "On Hold" are considered to be just that, until their new family comes and takes them home or decides that they can not take that puppy. I realize that feelings/circumstances may change in the weeks or months before a puppy is ready to leave, making adding a puppy a poor decision at that time. I hold no family responsible for that :) I also have a lifetime return policy, I will take back any dog I sell, anytime, for any reason! Please see my adoption agreement page for details.

Your puppy will need to be paid for in full at the time of adoption. I do not accept personal cheques-sorry.

Shipping:

I Do Not ship my puppies at this point in time, I prefer for you to visit and for us all to meet. If you need to, you can pick up your puppy at the airport and fly home with him or her, I would agree after the puppy is at least 12 weeks of age & has passed an exam by my vet giving the "OK to Fly". Ground delivery can be arranged as well for a fee to cover my travel expense. (example: to Red Deer $45, to Calgary $100, to Edmonton $125)

If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please contact me so we can make arrangements. Please be upfront with me if you are planning to use the pup for breeding in the future. Only breeding/show quality puppies will be sold with full registration.

All pups will be sold with limited registration unless prior approval of full registration has been discussed. Please inquire for further details.

Spay/Neuter Incentive

*I offer a $100 refund with proof of spay/neuter from your vet*

Your puppy will need to be spayed/neurtered by the age of 6-8 mths of age, and not have had pups to receive this refund*

*Please take the time to educate yourself on hypoglycemia in toy dogs/puppies, you may need to save your new puppy's life*

Female & Male Puppies:

$1000-$1500 on Limited CKC Registration (pet only-no breeding or showing rights)

$1500-2000 with Full CKC Registration (breeding & showing rights)
